SOAK & RITUALS

Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 5, 2026

These Terms of Service govern use of the Soak & Rituals website, Ritual Suite reservation platform, practitioner-related features, guest accounts, and related services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or completing a reservation, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated by reference, including the Booking & Cancellation Policy.

1

About Soak & Rituals

Soak & Rituals provides access to private Ritual Suite experiences and may facilitate access to massage and wellness services provided by independent practitioners.

Depending on the experience selected, a reservation may include:

  • Private Ritual Suite access
  • Ritual Enhancements
  • Massage services
  • Other wellness-related features

Specific inclusions, prices, duration, availability, and payment terms are disclosed during booking.

2

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use paid booking services. Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation.

Soak & Rituals may decline or cancel a reservation where required for safety, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or operational necessity.

3

Booking Information

Before submitting payment, guests are responsible for reviewing:

  • Ritual Suite
  • Date
  • Start and end time
  • Duration
  • Guest count
  • Massage selection
  • Massage duration
  • Enhancements
  • Amounts paid today
  • Any amount due directly to a practitioner
  • Total experience price

A reservation is not confirmed until required payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

4

Pricing

Prices displayed during checkout apply to the selected booking at the time the reservation is submitted. Future prices may change without affecting an already confirmed reservation unless the reservation itself is subsequently changed and additional charges are clearly disclosed.

The checkout discloses the complete selected experience price before payment.

5

Massage Deposits

When massage is selected, a portion of the massage price may be collected by Soak & Rituals at checkout as a Massage Deposit. The Massage Deposit is part of the advertised massage price and is not an additional charge above the massage price.

The remaining massage balance may be payable directly to the assigned independent practitioner at the appointment. Checkout displays Total Experience, Paid Today, and Due at Your Massage before payment is submitted.

6

Independent Practitioners

Massage or wellness services facilitated through the platform may be provided by independent practitioners rather than employees of Soak & Rituals. Practitioners may maintain their own professional practices, accepted payment methods, and legally required professional qualifications.

Soak & Rituals may facilitate booking, assignment, scheduling, communication, or payment-related information without creating an employment relationship solely by doing so. Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted to override applicable worker-classification, licensing, consumer-protection, or other legal requirements.

7

Massage for Two

Unless a specific experience expressly states otherwise, Massage for Two uses one practitioner. Both massages occur in the same private Ritual Suite. The massages are performed back-to-back and are not simultaneous.

A duration identified as 60 minutes each, 90 minutes each, or 120 minutes each means each guest receives the stated duration. The Massage for Two price displayed during booking represents the total configured massage price for both guests unless clearly stated otherwise.

Guests selecting Massage for Two must affirmatively acknowledge this arrangement before completing checkout.

8

Practitioner Payment

Where checkout states that a remaining massage balance is Due at Your Massage, that amount is not included in the amount charged to the guest by Soak & Rituals at checkout. The guest is responsible for paying that disclosed balance directly to the assigned practitioner.

The practitioner may accept one or more payment methods communicated to the guest before or at the appointment. The amount due corresponds to the amount disclosed during the reservation process unless a guest separately requests and agrees to additional services.

9

Cancellations and Rescheduling

All reservations are subject to the separate Booking & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Eligible cancellations or reschedules made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time may receive account credit
  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time receive no credit and no refund
  • No-shows receive no credit and no refund

These provisions remain subject to applicable law and the detailed Booking & Cancellation Policy.

10

Arrival and Reservation Time

Guests should arrive in accordance with the arrival instructions provided after booking. The reservation begins and ends at the confirmed times. Late arrival does not guarantee additional Suite or massage time. Soak & Rituals may need to maintain scheduled reset periods and subsequent reservations.

11

Guest Conduct

Guests must use Ritual Suites, furnishings, amenities, equipment, and facilities responsibly. Guests may not:

  • Intentionally damage property
  • Remove property belonging to the Suite
  • Engage in unlawful activity
  • Threaten or harass practitioners, staff, guests, or others
  • Interfere with another reservation
  • Misuse Suite equipment
  • Violate posted safety instructions
  • Exceed permitted occupancy without approval

Soak & Rituals may terminate an experience for serious misconduct or safety concerns. Where legally permitted and appropriate, termination resulting from the guest's prohibited conduct does not automatically entitle the guest to a refund.

12

Damage to Property

Guests may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage they or members of their party intentionally or negligently cause to a Ritual Suite or its contents beyond ordinary wear and tear. Any charge for alleged damage must be supported by reasonable documentation and handled in accordance with applicable law.

13

Health and Safety

Guests are responsible for determining whether use of a hot tub, soaking experience, massage service, aromatherapy product, or other wellness amenity is appropriate for them. Guests should follow applicable instructions and disclose information directly to their practitioner when necessary for the safe provision of massage services.

Soak & Rituals does not promise medical diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease through wellness experiences.

14

Photos and Listing Information

Photos, descriptions, amenities, and other website materials are intended to reasonably represent the applicable experience. Minor differences in décor, product availability, arrangement, lighting, seasonal items, or other non-material details may occur. Material changes affecting a confirmed reservation are handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

15

Accounts

Guests may be able to create a My Rituals account. Guests are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Account features may include upcoming reservations, past reservations, saved Ritual Suites, booking credits, account preferences, and rebooking functionality. Users may not intentionally access another person's account or reservation information.

16

Electronic Communications

By making a reservation, guests consent to receive transactional communications reasonably necessary to administer the booking, including:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Payment receipts
  • Appointment information
  • Practitioner assignment information
  • Arrival instructions
  • Reservation changes
  • Cancellation or service notices

Marketing communications are only sent in accordance with the guest's marketing preferences and applicable law.

17

Payment Authorization

By submitting checkout, the guest authorizes the payment processor to charge the amount clearly displayed as Paid Today. If checkout also displays Due at Your Massage, the guest acknowledges that amount remains payable directly to the practitioner and is not included in the online charge.

18

Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions

Guests may not knowingly use stolen payment information, unauthorized payment credentials, false identity information, or fraudulent booking information. Soak & Rituals may investigate suspected fraud and may cancel or restrict transactions where reasonably necessary.

19

Payment Disputes

Guests who believe a transaction contains an error are encouraged to contact Soak & Rituals promptly so the matter can be reviewed. Where a payment dispute or chargeback occurs, Soak & Rituals may submit relevant transaction and booking evidence to its payment processor, financial institutions, or other appropriate parties, as permitted by law.

Relevant evidence may include booking information, payment authorization, checkout disclosures, policy acceptance, Terms acceptance, Massage for Two acknowledgment, reservation confirmation, transaction identifiers, communications, and service or fulfillment records. Nothing in these Terms states that a guest waives their legal ability to dispute a charge.

20

Intellectual Property

The Soak & Rituals name, branding, website design, original written content, graphics, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Guests may use the website for personal booking purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit proprietary content without authorization.

21

Website Availability

Soak & Rituals does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability. Technical interruptions may occasionally occur. If a technical issue materially affects a transaction, Soak & Rituals handles the affected transaction reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

22

Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party services for functions including payment processing, email delivery, messaging, authentication, analytics, maps, and scheduling. Use of those services may also be governed by applicable provider terms and privacy practices.

23

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soak & Rituals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the website or booking platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

24

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for losses, damages, or claims resulting from their own unlawful conduct, intentional misconduct, material violation of these Terms, or misuse of the platform.

25

Changes to These Terms

Soak & Rituals may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes apply prospectively as legally appropriate. The version accepted in connection with a completed reservation remains identifiable in the booking record and is not overwritten for past bookings.

26

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

27

Governing Law

The governing law and jurisdiction for disputes will be determined based on the legal entity operating Soak & Rituals and the jurisdictions in which the business operates.

This section is pending final legal review and will be confirmed before reliance. Please contact Soak & Rituals for the current governing-law provision applicable to your reservation.
