Booking & Cancellation Policy

All Ritual Suite reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully processed and the guest receives booking confirmation.

The reservation confirmation should identify the applicable Ritual Suite, reservation date, start and end time, selected duration, guest selection, purchased enhancements, massage selection if applicable, amounts paid at booking, and any remaining massage balance due directly to the assigned practitioner.

Guests are responsible for reviewing their reservation details before completing checkout and promptly notifying Soak & Rituals if they believe their confirmation contains an error.

All payments made to Soak & Rituals are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Soak & Rituals expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

This includes, as applicable:

• Ritual Suite reservation payments
• Massage Deposits
• Ritual Enhancement payments
• Other booking-related charges paid to Soak & Rituals

A guest's eligibility for a booking credit does not mean that the original payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Eligible cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled using booking credit as described below.

Booking credit:

• Has no cash value and is not a refund
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• May only be used toward eligible future Soak & Rituals bookings
• Must be associated with the guest account or email used for the original reservation
• Cannot be sold or transferred to another person unless Soak & Rituals expressly permits it
• Is subject to current availability when redeemed

Using booking credit does not guarantee the same Ritual Suite, date, time, practitioner, enhancement, massage availability, or price as the original reservation. If the new reservation costs more than the available credit, the guest must pay the difference.

If permitted by the site's existing credit functionality, any unused eligible balance remains in the guest account rather than being paid out as cash. Credits do not expire unless an expiration date is separately configured and legally appropriate.

Failure to arrive for a confirmed reservation is considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund or booking credit, except where required by applicable law.

A guest who chooses not to use some or all of their reserved Suite time after the reservation has begun is not entitled to a refund, partial refund, or credit for unused time.

Reservations begin and end at the times stated in the booking confirmation.

Arriving late does not automatically extend the reservation end time. Because another reservation, Suite reset period, maintenance period, or other operational commitment may follow, Soak & Rituals cannot guarantee an extension for late arrivals.

Late arrival does not entitle the guest to a refund, partial refund, or credit for lost reservation time.

When massage is added to a Ritual Suite reservation, the checkout may divide the massage price into:

• A Massage Deposit paid to Soak & Rituals at booking; and
• A remaining massage balance paid directly to the assigned independent practitioner.

The Massage Deposit is part of the total advertised massage price. It is not an additional charge on top of the advertised massage price.

The Review + Reserve page discloses the total massage price, the Massage Deposit paid at booking, and the remaining massage balance due directly to the practitioner before the guest completes the reservation.

For the current booking model:

• Massage for One: $50 Massage Deposit paid to Soak & Rituals.
• Massage for Two: $70 Massage Deposit paid to Soak & Rituals.

The remaining massage balance is paid directly to the assigned practitioner when the guest arrives, using a payment method accepted by that practitioner. The Massage Deposit paid to Soak & Rituals is subject to the cancellation and credit terms in this policy. Any amount paid directly to an independent practitioner is not a payment processed by Soak & Rituals and may also be subject to applicable practitioner terms and applicable law.

Where a guest selects Massage for Two, it means one practitioner, same room, back-to-back massages. The massages are performed one after the other. Massage for Two does not mean two practitioners or simultaneous massage unless a particular offering expressly states otherwise.

When a duration states 60 minutes each, 90 minutes each, or 120 minutes each, the stated duration applies to each guest.

The Massage for Two price displayed at booking is the total configured price for both guests and is not multiplied by two at checkout.

Selected Ritual Enhancements are prepared or reserved specifically for the guest's booking. Enhancement payments are subject to the same cancellation and credit policy unless a different term is conspicuously disclosed before purchase or applicable law requires otherwise.

Availability of particular enhancements may vary. If Soak & Rituals cannot provide a paid enhancement, the affected enhancement charge is refunded or otherwise resolved as required by applicable law and the circumstances.

Massage services may be performed by independent practitioners. When massage is included, practitioner assignment may depend on availability. If the originally assigned practitioner becomes unavailable, Soak & Rituals may attempt to arrange another eligible practitioner.

A particular practitioner is not guaranteed to always be available unless the reservation specifically guarantees that practitioner. If Soak & Rituals cannot fulfill a paid massage component, the affected paid component is handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances rather than applying a blanket forfeiture.

Changes to the following are subject to availability and this cancellation/rescheduling policy:

• Date
• Time
• Duration
• Guest count
• Massage selection
• Enhancements
• Other reservation details

A requested change is not confirmed until the guest receives updated confirmation from Soak & Rituals. Price differences may apply.

The no-refund rule applies to guest-initiated cancellations as described above. It does not apply to a service that Soak & Rituals itself cancels and cannot provide.

If Soak & Rituals must cancel a reservation or cannot provide a material paid component, Soak & Rituals may offer an appropriate replacement, rescheduling option, credit, or refund consistent with applicable law and the circumstances.

Certain information, including the precise Suite location, access instructions, parking instructions, or entry details, may be provided only after a confirmed reservation. Guests are responsible for reviewing the arrival instructions provided with their confirmed booking.

By completing checkout, the guest authorizes Soak & Rituals and its payment processor to charge the payment method presented for the amount clearly shown as Pay Today.

The guest acknowledges that if massage is selected, the amount shown as Due to Your Practitioner is separate from the amount charged online and remains payable directly to the practitioner. The checkout never represents the Pay Today amount as the entire cost when a practitioner balance remains due.

If a guest believes a charge was made incorrectly, they should contact Soak & Rituals promptly so the issue can be investigated. A payment dispute or chargeback does not itself alter the booking terms or establish that an authorized transaction was invalid.

Soak & Rituals may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant records concerning the transaction, including the reservation confirmation, payment record, checkout disclosures, policy acceptance record, communications, and evidence relating to fulfillment of the reservation, as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy states that a guest waives their right to dispute a charge, nor that chargebacks are prohibited.

By completing a reservation and affirmatively agreeing to this policy at checkout, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms above. The required checkout checkbox must be affirmatively selected before payment can be submitted; it is not pre-selected.

A record of the guest's policy acceptance — including the timestamp, the policy version in effect, and the exact disclosure text accepted — is retained with the reservation record.
